In English: a typical natal chart

This post will be written in English because the chart is from a friend in Turkey, and I don't speak Turkish, neither does she speak Portuguese. She was born at 11 November 1993, 8:30 am, in Harat (I put Antioch but they have the same position). If there is some name, horary or date wrong, please tell me.

Let's see the temperament. Sagittarius rising; its ruler Jupiter (hot and moist) is in Scorpio, with Venus, Mercury retrograde and the Sun (but only Mercury is -maybe- combust). Jupiter is oriental (hot and moist again). The Ascendent applies to Saturn, which rules the Fire signs by triplicity, and it's the only planet that aspects AND rules the Asc somehow. Mars is in the first sign.

The Moon is in Libra, ruled by Venus (again, doesn't aspect it - hot and moist). The Moon applies to its exaltation ruler, Saturn. The Moon is in its cold phase (or phlegmatic), but at the MC, a very hot place. 

The Sun is in his dry phase, in Scorpio (cold and moist).

I would say that we have a sanguine temperament, but the Saturn's influence is obvious. Although, Saturn is in a hot and moist sign, in a moist quadrant. A sanguine "corrupted" by melancholy is a strange combination, since sanguine is hot and moist and the melancholic is cold and dry. With Mars hot and dry in the first house, I doubt that this cold side of melancholic would be able to spread out. So, my friend is sanguine with a dry side. Sanguines are beautiful, joyful, friendly, with a poor judgment, happy, pleasant, eloquent, without initiative. The dry side would let her more practical, objective and less pleasant and communicative than a "pure" sanguine. The body of a sanguine is a little overweight, they love to sleep, are beautiful and full of flesh. Saturn's influence would let her thinner, darker and a little hairy. 

Let's see who commands the Moon (natural, irrational) and Mercury (rational). There is Mars in the first sign, but he doesn't really aspects anyone of them and is cadent. We can say, however, that she can be a little hasty. 

The Moon is angular and applies to Saturn, that receives her. Although she is minguant, the Moon is pretty strong, favoring a more irrational, instinctive behavior than a rational one. Mercury is retrograde, peregrine, applying to Venus, that rules de Moon. Venus and Saturn are the sanguine + melancholic again! Pleasant, inspiring and friendly, but fearful, serious and envious. Mars (rules Mercury, Venus and Jupiter, the asc ruler, and it's in the first sign) makes her more active, cruel and pleasure-seeking. 

The career, I would say, is represented by Mars (rising after the Sun, rules it, rules de Pars of Fortune, is in the first house) and Mercury (retrograde, but rising before the Sun, rules the terms of the Sun), and the Moon and the MC;  both luminaries (the Sun and the Moon) applies to Saturn, relating career to old, unpleasant things, like diseases, death, or bureaucratic jobs. Since Saturn is in the 3 house and rules it, maybe an administrative/commanding job with schools, curses, travels. Mercury, Mars and Saturn can say something about medicine too. 

Her father seems to have (or had) health or wealth troubles, since it's represented by the Sun and it's cadent, with Mars occidental. Her mother seems better suited, since she is Venus and it's with Jupiter.
